HONG KONG's Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL), now a Cosco unit, has voided a number of transpacific sailings in response to the low demand in the market caused by the Covid 19 pandemic, the company has announced.
A sailing will be cancelled on June 6 from the Pacific China Central 1 (PCC1) service with its port rotation of Ningbo, Shanghai, Busan, Long Beach, Busan and back to Ningbo.
A sailing will be cancelled on May 29 on the Vietnam China South (VCS) service with its port rotation of Laem Chabang, Haiphong, Shanghai, Ningbo, Long Beach, Oakland, Lianyungang and back to Shanghai.
Sailings will be cancelled on May 26 and June 2 on the Pacific North West 4 (PNW4) service with its port rotation of Hong Kong, Yantian, Ningbo, Shanghai, Prince Rupert, Vancouver, Shanghai and back to Hong Kong.
Sailings will be cancelled on May 22 and May 29 on the Gulf Coast China 1 (GCC1) service with its port rotation of Hong Kong, Shekou, Ningbo, Shanghai, Busan, Houston, Mobile, New Orleans, Tampa, Miami, Singapore and back to Hong Kong.
