HONG KONG's Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL) now a Cosco unit, is introducing the China India Express 3 (CIX3) to provide a more competitive intra-Asia service from October 20.
The CIX3 will now include port calls to Xingang and Busan to enhance the network coverage in China and India by directly connecting significant ports in China, India, and South-East Asia.
The first sailing of the revised CIX3 will be to Xingang rotating through, Busan, Shanghai, Xiamen, Hong Kong, Shekou, Singapore, Colombo, Nhava Sheva, Pipavav, Port Kelang, Singapore, Hong Kong and Xingang.
Together with the existing CIX1, the new CIX3 will strengthen our comprehensive service network between China, India, Pakistan and south-east Asia to provide competitive supply chain options and flexibility to customers.
The CIX1 rotation is Shanghai, Ningbo, Shekou, Nansha, Singapore, Port Kelang, Karachi, Nhava Sheva, Colombo, Laem Chabang and back to Shanghai.
The CPX3 rotation is Qingdao, Shanghai, Ningbo, Singapore, Nhava Sheva, Mundra, Port Qasim, Karachi SAPT, Singapore and back to Qingdao.
