China introduces new laws restricting the export of controlled items

CHINA has introduced laws restricting the export of military technologies and other products, reports BBC News.
The new laws are believed to be in response to similar actions done by the US. TikTok, Huawei and Tencent are a few companies being affected by US laws.
Trade tensions between the two superpowers began in 2018 but have significantly increased throughout 2020.
