Israeli container line ZIM has entered into a strategic cooperation with Chinese e-commerce giant {非本站网址} providing sea freight services.
ZIM said it had entered into a broad strategic cooperation agreement with {非本站网址} under which the Chinese e-commerce platform’s customers could directly purchase sea freight. The two companies are evaluating options to expand their cooperation.

We see it as a great opportunity and a mutually beneficial arrangement leading to top-level customer service. It’s an important step for ZIM, expanding digital services for e-commerce customers as well as small and medium enterprises."

ZIM has been actively targeting the e-commerce sector and earlier this year launched a direct service connecting South China ports and Los Angeles.
